Subject to availability, Daisy & George aim to prepare all goods for shipment, ordered by the customer, within 2 working days.
Our carrier is MyHermes, and the standard delivery charge for mainland England, Scotland and Wales is £3.95, based on a standard 3 -4 day service.
Preparing and delivering an order can therefore take up to 6 working days, so please ensure you place your order in adequate time. Please add an extra day for remote areas. We don’t want to miss any big day.

If, for any reason, we are unable to prepare your order within this time we will contact you to make you aware of our difficulties and offer you alternative goods, an amendment to your order or cancellation.
Personalised items can require up to 5 days before dispatch. All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.
If there is no one to accept delivery, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.
As a valued customer, we want you to be happy with everything you have ordered from us. Therefore we are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if you change your mind (within 7 days of receipt).
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the entire order to us for a full refund, but this will not include the postage and packing charge which is non-refundable. This does not apply to items that have been personalised.
You must contact us before sending items back. You can call direct on 01730 823061, or email us stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in a good condition at your own cost.
To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
Damage in transit
As we select and pack all the gifts for our party bags by hand, we can ensure that all of them are in perfect condition when they leave us. All our party bags are sent out in kit form so they arrive in the best condition.
In the unlikely event that your party bags items are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and return the bags to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.
We accept Paypal and all major credit/debit cards, via our secure site. We also accept bacs payments, please email us for details.
