How will the party bags arrive?
All our party bags are supplied unfilled, in kit form, with items carefully wrapped separately. This is to ensure that they do not get damaged whilst in transit. We want them to be in perfect condition when you receive them. Each parcel is complete with bags, coloured tissue and thank you tags.
What if I see items I want, but they are in different party bags?
We appreciate that every child is different, and if you see items that you might want matched with others in different bags, drop us an email, and we will price these for you, and give you a bespoke ‘reference number’. We will also tell you how you can place this order, should you wish to proceed.
How do you manage safety?
We take safety issues very seriously. We supply ‘toys’ which carry the CE mark and comply with European Safety Regulations. Many items such as stationery, jewellery, hair, toiletries and fashion accessories are not classified as ‘toys’ and do not carry the CE mark. As some of these items may prove harmful to children under the age of 36 months, unless stated, we only supply our party bags to children over this age. It is your responsibility to check the ages of the children you give the party bags to. It is also your responsibility as the customer to make sure that our products are not given to anyone that could suffer an allergic reaction. Our products are supplied with warning signs & ingredients where appropriate.
All Party Bags and Fillers for children aged under 3 years are to be used only with parental supervision, as may contain squeakers, or bubbles. In addition, the bags, tissue and gift tags are also not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
Daisy & George does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable, or to unsupervised children under 36 months, as detailed above.
What is your returns policy?
As a valued customer, we want you to be happy with everything you have ordered from us. Therefore we are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if you change your mind (within 7 days of receipt).
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the entire order to us for a full refund, but this will not include the postage and packing charge which is non-refundable. This does not apply to items that have been personalised.
You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You must also return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in a good condition at your own cost.
To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?
As we select and pack all the gifts for our party bags by hand, we can ensure that all of them are in perfect condition when they leave us.
All our party bags are sent out in kit form so they arrive in the best condition. In the unlikely event that your party bags items are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and return the bags to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.
What are your payment terms?
We accept Paypal and all major credit/debit cards, via our secure site. We also accept bacs payments, e-mail us for details.
